Shipping Policy

At Fuse Muse Fused Glass, we know how exciting it is to receive your order—and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Most of our items are cut to order, but we often keep backstock of popular designs to help reduce wait times. Standard processing typically takes 3-5 business days, which includes time for cutting and preparing your glass for shipping. During peak seasons (like Christmas) or vacation periods, processing may take longer. If any delays arise, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.
Special orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. Please note that Fuse Muse Fused Glass has no control over shipping carriers or transit delays after your package leaves our studio.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition—any loss in value due to damage or wear will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations. Please double-check your selections, especially when ordering by COE (Coefficient of Expansion), to ensure compatibility with your glasswork.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Missing Shipments & Damaged Items

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your order is delayed, first check the tracking number provided at the time of shipment. If you're unable to locate your package or if something seems off, reach out to us—we’re happy to help track it down.

Items Damaged in Transit

We package every order with care, but in rare cases, damage may occur.

  • If the box arrived intact but the contents are broken, please email us with photos of the damaged items. We’ll replace them as soon as possible.

  • If the box and contents are damaged, please email photos of both the damaged box and items. Keep all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may request an inspection. Once we receive your photos, we’ll file a claim and begin processing a replacement for you.

What are the little tabs on glass precuts?

When cutting glass with a waterjet, a small “tab” is left on the edge of each piece. This tab keeps the glass in place during cutting, because the high-pressure stream would otherwise shift the glass and ruin the cut.

If your tab sticks out, you can grind it off or nip it off with mosaic nippers.

Can I get shapes in different colors or sizes?

Yes! We can cut most shapes in any size or color you want.

Is there a design fee for custom shapes?

Nope!
We do not charge a design fee for custom shapes. We love helping you bring your ideas to life.
